* Jan Boon, Maler und Graphiker war ein Vertreter des niederländischen Neuen Realismus. Viele seiner Arbeiten befinden sich im Gemeentemuseum (Den Hague). Weitere Werke und Sammlungen sind im Archiv der Centraal Museum (Utrecht), dem Museum voor Moderne Kunst (Arnhem), dem Kröller-Müller Museum (Otterlo) sowie im Prentenkabinet (Amsterdam), dem Boymans Museum (Rotterdam) sowie im Kupferstich-Kabinet (Berlin / Dresden) gelagert. Einige Professoren-Portraits sind dauerhaft im Academiegebouwd (Universität Utrecht) ausgestellt.
