Die Macallan-Destillerie wurde von Alexander Reid, einem Landwirt und Lehrer, gegründet. Der ursprüngliche Name der Gegend war „Maghellan“, abgeleitet vom gälischen Wort „magh“, das fruchtbaren Boden bedeutet, und „Ellan“, nach dem Mönch St. Fillan – der eine enge Verbindung zur Kirche hatte, die bis 1400 auf dem Gelände des Macallan-Anwesens stand. Bauern stellten seit Jahrhunderten Whisky auf ihren Speyside-Höfen her und nutzten ihre überschüssige Gerste in den ruhigeren Wintermonaten.

Die Double Cask Reifung dieser Whisky vereint das Beste aus zwei Welten.
Zwei unterschiedliche Eichenholzarten schaffen die perfekte Harmonie in einem außergewöhnlichen Single Malt Whisky. Dieser Double Cask Whisky reift in zwei Arten von Eichenfässern, speziell ausgewählten handgefertigten Fässern, die mit trockenem Oloroso-Sherry gewürzt sind. Amerikanische Eiche verleiht zarte Aromen von Vanille, Zitrus und Butterscotch. Europäische Eiche bringt die unverkennbare subtile Würze von Macallan. Great besides the finish

These are great. Only thing I wish it would’ve mentioned is they aren’t finished and can give you splinters unlike other shelves. But otherwise, they work for what they needed for, looks great, and easy to assemble for the price. They seem sturdy, but I don’t have much weight on it. Just something to keep from the kiddo

Small shelves, great value

These shelves were great for an area out of the way, would not be perfect for everyone. Super sturdy and easy to install however the wood seems untreated and still a bit rough. The brackets don’t blend well and seem a bit out of place but these small and light shelves have been great at holding small items. I might not trust them with anything too heavy but they have held anything I tried. Only complaint is that they are a bit on the small side as far as depth goes. Other than that, they are awesome. If the brackets looked more sleek and the wood was stained it would be perfect for anywhere.

Great shelves that look cute and are affordable!

These worked perfectly for what I needed them for. I make plushies and needed a way to store and show off the pieces I plan to keep. They were very easy to put together and hang. I did use a laser to make sure everything was nice and straight and also measuring tape to make sure they were evenly placed. Other than that it comes with everything you need to put them together, like a screwdriver. I found the screwdriver to be kind of bad because the tip of it was too soft and after like 8 screws, the tip had no more edges and would just spin. It stripped itself. But that’s okay, I had my own screwdriver. So if you buy these, make sure you have one or else be very careful with the one they give you. Other than that, they are super affordable, cute, easy to hang and look good. In the pictures I added, I am still in the process of organizing the plushies so they do look a little cramped and messy. I figured I would still add them so you get an idea of how they look. I think they look pretty nice and would look even better if I organized my plushies better lol. I def recommend these shelves and I hope this review helps you! :)
