Das Kunst-Kochbuch ist mein persönliches Herzensprojekt, das ich unmittelbar nach meinem 6-monatigen Aufenthalt in Italien im Jahr 2020 daheim zusammen mit meiner Mama und einer anderen italienischen Künstlerin namens Silvia Fossati begonnen habe. Damals ist so viel Schönes entstanden - aber aus privaten Gründen konnte ich das Buch damals nie vollenden. Jetzt fast 6 Jahre später, fühlte es sich endlich richtig an, mein Herzensprojekt abzuschließen.

In diesem Buch erzähle ich von besonderen Begegnungen, von Menschen, die mir in Italien begegnet sind und die mir ihre Lieblingsrezepte geschickt haben. Ein Geschenk, das ich gerne teilen möchte.

Es geht um das Kochen - um echtes Essen - und um echte Verbindungen. Gleichzeitig ist es eine Liebeserklärung an das Land und an die Kunst - und an das Träumen. 

Die Werke und Skizzen meiner Serie „6 Months of Italy“ sind ebenfalls Teil des Buches sowie viele Tipps von Ausflugszielen und charmanten Lokalen und wundervollen Unterkünften. 

In den einzelnen Geschichten findest du kleine Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Gastronomie sowie 29 Lieblingsrezepte meiner Begegnungen.

I don’t think it has improved my sleep quality but it hasn’t made it any worse either. I don’t think they are waterproof but I don’t really want to test that.
