Idrolitina ist eine historische Marke für die Zubereitung von Brausewasser.

Zutaten Natriumhydrogencarbonat (E 500), Apfelsäure (E 296), Weinsäure [L(+)-] (E 334).
Vorbereitung Gießen Sie den Inhalt des Beutels in eine 1-Liter-Flasche Wasser, schütteln Sie ihn gut und stellen Sie sicher, dass sich das gesamte Hydrolytin aufgelöst hat.
