Aus dem Zwischenrippenbereich des Rinds geschnitten, vereint dieses Fleischstück eine beeindruckende Marmorierung mit einer unschlagbaren Zartheit. Jedes Entrecôte wird sorgfältig von Hand ausgewählt, um dir ein Steak-Erlebnis zu bieten, das in puncto Geschmack und Qualität seinesgleichen sucht.

Dank der ganzjährigen Weidehaltung und unserer Methode der "Schlachtung mit Achtung" wird das Entrecôte von Weidelandfarm zu einem Fleisch von unvergleichlicher Saftigkeit, welches durch seine feine Textur und seinen reichen Geschmack besticht.

Zubereitungstipp: Brate das Entrecôte bei hoher Hitze kurz an und lasse es dann bei niedriger Temperatur bis zum gewünschten Garpunkt ziehen. Serviert mit einer Prise Meersalz und einem Spritzer frischen Zitronensafts wird es zum Star jedes Essens.
