Noten von Koriander und Sanddorn verleihen Dr. Squid eine mediterrane Wärme. Dazu sorgen Zitronenschalen für einen erfrischenden Zirkusauftrieb. Für ein samtiges Mundgefühl mischen sich Vanille und Zimtnoten unter und die regional bezogene Oktopus-Tinte verleiht diesem Gin einen leicht salzhaltigen Genuss.

Diese einzigartige Gin-Kreation wird in kleinen Chargen in einem Kupferkessel namens "Jackson" destilliert und aus einem edlen verkupferten Kanister serviert, auf dem die Landschaft, Folklore und Geschichte der Destillerie eingraviert ist.

Dr. Squid gießt schwarz und verwandelt sich mit Tonic gemischt in ein zartes Altrosa. Auch als Gin-Mule serviert über crushed Ice mit Ginger Beer lässt sich Dr. Squid herrlich genießen.
