Besonderheiten: Dieser 30 Jahre alte Tomintoul Single Malt wurde im First Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt #6 destilliert und abgefüllt. Die Abfüllung erfolgte in Fassstärke mit 50,7% Alkoholgehalt, ohne Kühlfiltration und ohne Farbstoff. Mit nur 565 Flaschen ist diese Edition besonders limitiert und bietet Liebhabern einen seltenen Einblick in die Kunstfertigkeit der Tomintoul Distillery.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: Aromen von getrockneten Feigen, Toffee, Fruchtkuchen, altem Leder und einer süßen Sherrynote.
  • Gaumen: Geschmack von dunklem Honig, Zimt und gerösteten Haselnüssen.
  • Abgang: Ein langer, wärmender und elegant trockener Abgang mit anhaltenden Sherrynoten, Vanille und sanften Eichentanninen.

Destillerie/Abfüller: Die Tomintoul Distillery, gegründet 1964, liegt im Herzen der Speyside und ist bekannt für ihre sanften und malzigen Single Malts. Unter der Leitung von Master Distiller Robert Fleming, der seit 1990 die Geschicke der Brennerei lenkt, werden Whiskys mit einem weichen, malzig-floralen Charakter produziert. I've used these for years, and the only time I've had to replace them is when one gets lost in the hay field. I highly suggest these as replacements for the common tennis balls.

The green balls are softer, and glow in the dark. In summer we can play well past dusk and I can see them! Her personality shows in the pictures. Playing ball is part of her. These balls are just perfect for her situation. Somehow they disappear, she loves making baskets, puts them in my tractor bucket, or my gardening bucket..then get put in burn pile, trash etc. I keep replacing them because she’d look day and night if we actually ran out!! 🙏✝️👍🏼👍🏼
