Die Backränder und Tortenringe von Städter in Profi-Qualität eignen sich perfekt zum Backen und Füllen der schönsten Sahne- und Cremetorten. Zum Backen den Backrand auf ein Herdbackblech stellen, mit dem Teig füllen und backen, dann ausformen und abkühlen lassen. Backrand reinigen, wieder um den Teig stellen, dann die vorbereitete Füllung der Torte einfüllen und glatt streichen. Nach dem Durchkühlen den Rand entfernen - und fertig ist die Torte. Auch für mehrstöckige Torten perfekt. Alle Böden bleiben in Form und die Füllung läuft beim Einsetzten nicht aus.
Backränder gibt es in verschiedenen Formen, auch verstellbar.
