These are produced by with a traditional decoration method called "Sabimaki", which is a brush painting with an iron pigment. With a design of "Ichimatsu", a checkered pattern, it fits in our modern life style. Cup: height 2. 0 inches (5. 0cm) upper diameter 2. 8 inches (7. 2cm) width 4. 2 inches(10. 6cm) inc handle weight 4. 6 oz(130g) Saucer: height 0. 8 inches (2. 0cm)

It's close to perfect. My iPad fits perfectly, and the almost infinite number of angles that it permits, along with magnets to hold it in place make it ideal for working on a desk or in my lap. The only minor downside is that it's on the heavy side, probably because of the magnets. But unless you're travelling with it (I've switched to a small Fire tablet for travel), that won't be an issue. Highly recommended.
