Easy Claims Process
It is not a long complicated process to file and resolve a claim. Be warned--sometimes they will want you to send back the defective or damaged product, even if it's not worth the shipping ---they pay. Overall worth the investment though.

Asurion you made the return process simple
Working with Asurion was an easy process. My previously covered milk frother stopped working, and they fully refunded it with no questions asked. My Very First Juicer!
This was one of the worst buys ever! I couldn't have not bought a worse machine. The best this about it was that it has very few parts that are very easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I'm already looking for a new better one. I can't tell you how many times the top popped off well in the process of juicing or God forbid, if you just tapped it a tiny bit. Very annoying! It kept falling inside my freshly juiced juice. SMH. I'm giving it away to someone I don't like.

Quick and easy process
Assurian protection plans are worth it. Simplified process to get it handled. When my portable blender broke, I followed the process and they sent me an electronic gift card and that was very easy to redeem good customer service. I’ve also taken it on other items, but I haven’t had to use those yet.
