Hana is a basic v-neck tank top pattern with French seams for light to mid-weight woven fabrics. Each version can be sewn as a popover top, or with the option for a button front placket. VERSION A is a popover tank top or dress
VERSION B is a button front tank top or dress.

Sizes: US sizes 0-30 with B, C, and D Cup.

Interfacing:
Light- to mid-weight fusible woven interfacing (choose appropriate weight for fabric choice).

Buttons: 
Crop / Tie Waist (6 -7)    |   Hip Length  (7-8)    |    Dress  Length  (13-14)

Fabric Recommendations: 
Light- to mid-weight woven fabrics. For a more structured, boxy fit, use fabrics such as linen, chambray, poplin, and cotton. For a more fluid drape and flowing fit, use fabrics such as tencel, rayon challis, and crepe de chine.
