The BS-330M manual band saw from Baileigh Industrial has been a mainstay in our lineup since it was introduced in 2005. This saw will provide years of trouble free use in any environment. The BS-330M has a maximum capacity of 13” OD round, and can cut up to 13" x 18½" rectangle when stood upright.
The Blade speed on the BS-330M is variable from 82 to 270 feet per minute. This allows the operator to set the speed at the perfect fpm for the material being cut. The 3hp motor on the BS-330M is wired for 220 volts, 3 phase power for more reliability and efficiency.
The BS-330M band saw features a mitering head that can go to 45 degrees. Like most band saws from Baileigh Industrial, the mitering head and bow are made from heavy duty cast iron which reduces vibrations during the cutting process. A large 1-1/4” blade runs through tungsten carbide guides for a more precise cut.
Operation of the BS-330M manual band saw is also very easy. It features a hydraulic descent feature for larger production runs that increases blade life and reduces operator fatigue. The blade will also stop running when the saw gets to the bottom of the cut, for safety.
