“This is good! Here we are on the worst place on Earth, and we’re not even getting paid!” – Dr. Alan Grant

Prime 1 Studio is proud to include another iconic dinosaur to our Prime Collectible Figure Series: The 1/38 Scale Spinosaurus from Jurassic Park III!

In the last movie of the original Jurassic Park series, Jurassic Park III introduced a worthy contender to the dinosaur title: our almost 9.5-inch-tall Spinosaurus! Largest of all the known carnivores, this hulking predator was bigger than the T-Rex and more than a match for its ferocity!

Prime 1 Studio has engaged our sculptors and painters to bring this ‘spine lizard’ to realistic life with their incredible skills and artistry. Our sculptors have taken great care to sculpt lifelike, crocodilian skin, menacing teeth, and an impressive sail into this amazing carnivore. Additionally, our painters have supplemented this excellent sculpt with the subtle hues and coloration of the Spinosaurus from the film. Most of all, this dinosaur will fit in perfectly with the Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Carnotaurus from our Prime Collectible Figures Series.

Spinosaurus stands on a textured earthen base, emblazoned with Jurassic Park III’s logo, featuring the usurper himself!

Spinosaurus allows you to complete the 1/38 Scale dinosaur collection! So, hurry and preorder your copy today!

Sleek look and perfect fit, but the stand stability needs a tweak
Color: A-Abyss Blue
I purchased the TiMOVO case in Abyss Blue for my iPad, specifically looking for something that offered protection without adding the bulk of a heavy-duty rugged case. After using it for a week, I think it is a very strong contender for the price, though there is one specific design element that keeps it from being a perfect 5-star product. The Positives: Precision Fit: The shell snaps on with a very satisfying click. The cutouts for the speakers and USB-C port are perfectly centered. Crucially, the cutout for the Touch ID power button provides ample room for my finger to unlock the device instantly—a problem I’ve had with other cases that are too thick around the button. The pen holder is also great. Aesthetics: The "Abyss Blue" is a sophisticated, muted navy that looks professional. I really appreciate the hard translucent back; it’s a nice touch that allows the Apple logo to show through while resisting fingerprints much better than clear glossy plastic. Auto Wake/Sleep: This functions exactly as it should. The magnets are strong enough to keep the cover closed when I toss it in my bag, so I haven’t had any issues with battery drain. Where it falls short (Why 4 Stars): While the materials are good, the trifold stand mechanism could be improved. When folded into the "viewing" (upright) position, the magnets holding the triangle shape aren't quite strong enough. If I tap the screen too enthusiastically while selecting a movie, the stand occasionally collapses. Additionally, while the hard back looks great, it is a bit slippery. A slight rubberized coating on the translucent polycarbonate would make holding the iPad one-handed much more secure. Verdict: If you want a slim, lightweight case that looks premium and protects against scratches, this is an excellent choice. However, if you do a lot of heavy tapping or drawing while the iPad is propped up, you might find the stand stability slightly lacking.
