Ceramic Heater Core for Airless Welders

This 120-volt ceramic heater core is designed to fit inside the Polyvance's airless welder element assembly. It serves as a replacement for the ceramic core in the Mini-Weld Model 7. It is also used in the airless plastic welder that comes with Polyvance's 6000 series, 8000 series, 8200 series, and 8300 series nitrogen plastic welders.

If your airless welder is no longer producing heat, this is likely the part you need to restore its functionality. When testing the element with a multi-meter, the resistance of the element should be in the range of 50 to 55 ohms.

My dog wasn't really interested but when it did make a slight sound he approached it. Once it stopped he lost interest. But he's very difficult to please😆 so if you have a normal dog, he'll probably like it! I hope the manufacturer fixes the squeaker issue because apparently many people are having the same issue, which is a shame because the product is clearly well made! I'm on the fence about returning it just because the quality it's amazing(squeaker issue aside)!
