How to use: Adults/Children: In acute cases take 2 sprays every 15 minutes. After 6 doses take every hour. Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals, or as directed by your health professional.

Ingredients: Contains 1mL/1mL Arnica montana, fresh whole plant juice 6x in water/alcohol base. Contains alcohol 20% v/v. (30ml, approx. 250 sprays).

But unless you're travelling with it (I've switched to a small Fire tablet for travel), that won't be an issue. Highly recommended.
