The Compact 5MP C-Mount 16mm Lens from Tamron is designed for use in machine vision applications. This addition to Tamron's selection of industrial lenses is suitable for cameras with 1/1.2" and 2/3" sensors. Features of the Compact 5MP CS-Mount 16mm Lens include a trim 29mm diameter barrel, close-focus imaging, locking/manual focus and iris functions, and consistent contrast and resolution quality from the center to the edge of the lens. Compared to earlier models, rotational torque has been increased, lock-screw positions now total four instead of three, and the lock-screws have been recessed for easier installation in tight quarters.

- Contrast and resolution remain consistently high from the center of the lens to its edge
