The resulting hangtime allowed maximum flavor development in the skins as well as retention of a crisp acid beam which carries the typical Chardonnay marker flavors of apple, pear, and lychee through from start to an extended finish. Crisp and refreshing, yet enough flavor and volume to stand up to medium weight dishes and sauces. Winemaker Tony Leonardini opted for a small percentage of neutral oak aging on the wine to preserve the freshness and let the pure fruit flavors shine unadulterated.Shipping Notes

Fun and good read!
Format: Paperback
I finished this book faster than I’d like to admit but it was a good read by the pool! It captured me from the beginning and there were very short to almost no dull or boring moments. It was slightly predictable but if you’ve seen other MC shows or read other MC books, you know they’re all similar. Overall would recommend!
