My Angel Clematis is a compact vining perennial with blue green foliage on purple stems.  The nodding bell-shaped flowers have yellow insides and light red-purple reverses edged in tan bloom in abundance through summer and give way to fluffy seedheads.  Grows best with partial sun and moist well-drained soils.

Also sold as Clematis 'Engelina'.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Medium Maintenance.  Water regularly, do not let soil dry out.  It will need support if used for climbing.  Prune back dead or weak vines in late winter and trim back remaining vines to first buds seen.  Potential diseases include wilt (can be fatal), powdery mildew, and rust.  Potential pests include scale, mites, weevils, earwigs, and slugs.
