For more than 150 years, we have been handcrafting instruments that inspire generations of musicians worldwide. With MOMENTUM, we are writing a new chapter in this legacy – a drum series that bridges past and future, tradition and evolution, mastery and modernity. MOMENTUM is more than a new product.

It is a defining moment in which traditional Made in Germany craftsmanship meets progress and evolution. Created to inspire drummers of today and tomorrow, it represents a point in time where heritage transforms into the momentum moving forward.
MOMENTUM was developed to serve drummer’s needs, merging successes from past series and our most popular SONOR shell design with individual sound and finish selection – all culminating into one new drum series that marks our next step into the future. MOMENTUM represents our new pinnacle of serially produced drums Made in Germany.

MOMENTUM marks a SONOR milestone – it is a synthesis of our most proven innovations. Essential To Read Before the Class
Format: Paperback
This book provides a good overview of what you'll need to know for your AMGA Single Pitch Instructor (SPI) course and assessment. If you plan to take that course this book is a no-brainer. You just have to buy it and read it. There are a few shortcomings: * The photos of how to tie the knots skip a lot and it is impossible to learn the knots from the book. * The photos of what not to do should be clearly labeled with a red cross bar or WRONG overlay on the photo. If you flip causally through the book and look at the photos some very wrong stuff is there and you have to read the text to know that it is not recommended. * The religious debate on anchor systems rages on. Should you set up a Joshua Tree System with Tether or a Backside System? I realize the AMGA doesn't want to pick sides and will say either is acceptable, but the book doesn't even try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various anchor systems.

over all good book, quality pictures
Format: Paperback
this book will get you ready for the course, but there is a lot to learn outside of the book as well. Training and time is the only way to become truly proficient at the skills out lined in this book. over all good book, quality pictures.

Great for semi-experienced looking to build on knowledge.
Format: Paperback
Fantastic instructional manual if you already have some basic knowledge of anchors, ropework and climbing technique. It is written as an instructional manual for climbers looking to turn into guides so if you're brand new this probably isn't the best option for you.
