DHC-E 12 models are ideal for residential or commercial point-of-use sink applications including: bathrooms, offices, stores, malls, warehouses, restaurants, and gas stations. They may also work for single low-flow shower use under some conditions, and can be easily removed for over-wintering a seasonal cabin or cottage. They are electronically controlled and can be set to deliver water at the temperature you need. They heat water instantaneously and endlessly at 99% efficiency as it flows through the unit. Because they do not store hot water like tank water heaters, they have no stand-by energy losses. Venting is not necessary and the compact European design can be installed with the unit visible. A DHC-E is considerably smaller than a tank, saving space and allowing flexibility to determine the best location for installation. The number of sinks a DHC-E can supply depends on the temperature of the incoming cold water, the water rate through the unit, and the supply voltage. - DHC-E 12 is perfect for low flow single-shower seasonal cottage or cabin use as continuous hot water provides shower after shower
- Requires 240 or 208-Volt electric service, 1 dedicated 50 Amp breaker and 6-Gauge copper wiring
- Can be set on the front panel to supply water at the exact temperature desired from hand-washing temps of 86° to as high as 140°F if required by health codes
- Can be set to limit output water temperature to 109°F
- Self-modulating technology saves energy by adjusting electrical usage
- DHC-E 12 is 99% efficient and typically results in savings of 15-20% in comparison with electric tank-type water heaters
- Water connections are 1/2 in. NPT and should be detachable (such as braided steel flex connectors or isolation valves) to allow for easy servicing
- Overheat safety protection and thermal protection reset are standard

These jerky chicken dog treats are my dog’s absolute favorite! I love that it is high protein so I feel he is getting something healthy. Very generous size, and love that they don’t smell. I have a large German Shepherd and he chomps these up with no problem.

My Dogs Go Crazy for These!
