INTERLOCK BULLETS
InterLock bullets feature exposed lead tips for controlled expansion and hard-hitting terminal performance. Bullets used in American Whitetail ammunition feature our pioneering secant ogive design and exclusive InterLock ring — a raised ring inside the jacket that is embedded in the bullet's core that keeps the core and jacket locked together during expansion to retain mass and energy.
POWDERS
Loaded to conventional velocities, powder is matched to each load for optimum pressure and consistency, ensuring each load is compatible with semi-autos as well.

Entertaining, informative, without being overwhelming.

Got it for, basically, half-off standard retail. At that price, it's a fine addition to the WWII library. Some interesting information displayed in a mostly entertaining way. I get that battle maps are always a challenge (maps are static - battles are dynamic). This does a fairly adequate job - better than most battle maps - though far from groundbreaking. item arrived well packed - no issues with binding (as some others seem to report). Though the book overall is a bit "warped" and several of the maps are mis-printed or mis-cut as to make them unusable. 3 bad out of 300 - not horrible - again at the price I paid. If the subject interest you - I'd suggest getting - but not a "must have".

For the history buff or student - this is worth the purchase
Format: Hardcover
Detailed, individual maps and history on the battles of World War II. It isn’t too overwhelming for the student and is an enjoyable read for the history buff. Hardback so it will ensure lots of reading and reviews, durable pages too (not those thin, flimsy, easily tearable pages!) - this book will likely stand the test of our schooling years and beyond.
