The Human CD109 (CD109 antigen) ELISA Kit measures CD109 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti CD109 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with CD109 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of CD109 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

I bought two and they both broke. Customer service has ignored my e-mail. What more do you need to know about a company? I personally wrote them through their own website, so they could keep Amazon out of it. It makes me angry that they won't even reply to my e-mail. I was nice. Both watches broke, neither one if actually water proof. The band is exceptionally thin and it WILL break on you once it arrives. It's so poor, that my body moisture is what got into the face of the watch. What the heck? I've had better 9 dollar watches from Walmart. Zero out of zero for the COMPANY who doesn't care about their customers, and zero out of ten for watch quality. Useless. I wasted 60-80 bucks on two of these! BOTH BROKE! and in more than one way!!!!! Terribly marked up (this is less than a 10 dollar Walmart watch - quality is LOWER than the lowest 3 dollar watches off Temu, Shien, Walmart), customer service is non-existent, and the band WILL BREAK on you. It's worthless. Take your money somewhere else. Attached pictures show the moisture leak from my sweat, but in real life, it's actually much worse. Worthless, not usable. Two of them folks. TWO!
