Apart from defects within the normal range of handmade imperfections, we offer different kind of discounts on toys based on the different degrees of the defects.

They do not affect the toy’s functionality and have little impact on its overall appearance. You may even not notice these flaws without careful inspection.

These do not affect the toy’s functionality but may impact its overall appearance. If you're not seeking perfection in the craftsmanship of the toy, the toys are a great deal to buy.
