IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Item is made to order. Usual progress time takes now around 4-6 weeks, so please, be sure to place your order in 7-8 weeks before the estimated date.

- As all wigs are custom made (except one that is marked as "in stock"), which means, that we will need your measurements to make an order that gonna suit your own head size. So please, be sure to check your email address after the order will be placed!

- Rush orders are available as well. To place your rush order, send us an inquiry via Commission Request link (https://fdstudio.co/pages/get-in-touch), and we will be sure to set up your order in our booking list!

- Wigs are handmade to order and can differ slightly from the image in the listing. Also, this means that your actual order can be slightly different from one that is shown on the picture, as the wig base may vary.

- Please, be sure to put your actual email when you place an order. Our manager will send you an email with all required information about measurement and actual schedule, and it's important to get an answer from you as soon as possible. If you won't be able to provide an answer in 3-5 days, your commission slot may be moved to later dates. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

- Each wig is shipped in a secured box on a styrofoam head. Each head is attached to the inside of the delivery box with glue and tape to protect styling and covered by paper/plastic to protect wig style.

- Standard shipping takes usually around 3-4 weeks. Item is shipped from Ukraine, and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your item will be shipped with Ukrposhta. You can track your actual number at 17track.net

- Any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
