Built for relentless, high-volume production, the Legion LSWT-80 MV combines a fully jacketed 80-gallon steam kettle with an industrial-duty twin-shaft agitator. 100 % stainless construction, rapid heat transfer and gentle, uniform mixing make it the go-to workhorse for kettled sauces, soups, fillings and more.

Built-in twin-shaft agitator

• Enclosed, balanced aluminium bridge with positive rim-lock for safe, vibration-free operation.
• Totally-enclosed gear motor, right-angle output, two-speed selection:
  • Low: 23 RPM main / 60 RPM beater
  • High: 46 RPM main / 120 RPM beater
• Actuator-assisted lift raises the mixer, scraper and bridge clear for product checks or kettle cleaning.
• Bayonet-mount agitator and beater remove in seconds—no tools required.
• Safety interlock prevents high-speed starts and stops mixing when the bridge is lifted.
