Debut collaboration between these like-minded English underground titans, perfectly mixing the long-form pop eccentricities of Grumbling Fur with the free electric sound of Astral Social Club to produce four epic and memorable tracks. The music is dense and layered, with hidden hooks, haunting vocals, unidentifiable electronic shuddering, delicate ambience, etc. Challenging but completely accessible and beautiful stuff. After a brief vocal declaration of purpose, "Back To The Egg" rides a motorik pulse ala Harmonia or Kraftwerk for ten hypnotic minutes. "Three Years Apart" pulses gently in a burbling cloud, reminding that along with crafting song gems, Grumbling Fur has collaborated with noted avant-composer / performer Charlemagne Palestine. "Ozone Antifreeze Intelligence" layers electronics over a haunting piano and vocal melody, framed by subliminal fuzz guitar. "Toejam Boxdrum" closes the album with an uproarious polyrhythm hidden by more layers of soft-focus electro-fizz, gradually giving way to thick bass riffs and tremelo'd interjections.

Effortless opening and no sharp edges.

So simple to use, I'm amazed

Wonderfully helpful. Description is accurate, shipping was quick. I saw a few poor comments, but I have none so far! The can opener has opened cans of several sizes, from tomato paste to large cans of tomatoes; soup cans to strangely shaped. It's opened 30 or so already without loss of power. It's a little noisy, but about equal to that of a stand up opener. It fits in my drawer, which is less deep than most kitchen drawers. Most of all, it's beyond easy to use for arthritic hands. The ONLY CHALLENGE I have is that it sometimes fails to stop when it should. MANUFACTURER: if you read this and have advice, please share.
At this point, I'd say this is a great value for the money.

Pleased be careful

Please be very careful when using this. After using it 2 times it opened cans just fine. Then it stop opening cans and will make hair like strains of metals and one would think its hair and pull on it thus Cutting your fingers open. That’s what happened to me. Please be careful.

Quit working after 30 days

This can opener worked fine for the first couple of weeks. It stopped working several days ago and even though I had recharged it, it would not turn on. I thought I would give it another try before I threw it away since I was past the refund period so I could not return it. I made 100% sure that it was plugged in securely and it did charge and worked today. Make sure that it is plugged in securely when charging. Hopefully it will continue to work and if not I will update my review.
