Items must be shipped out within 3 days after receiving your Return Authorization Number; as evidenced by the support email and courier's tracking information. After 3 days, we wont be accepting any merchandise claims and won't be granting store credit. If your PICK UP order has not been picked up before 3 days, no credit or exchanges are granted.
