The built-in metatarsal pad provides additional support under the transverse arch of the forefoot improving pressure distribution and reducing stress. It is intended for those with low to medium arches and works well in both low to high volume footwear.

The Performance MP helps alleviate and prevent common injuries such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, Morton’s Neuroma, shin splints, iliotibial band syndrome, achilles tendonitis and other conditions of the foot, knee, and hip.

The anti-microbial low friction top cover provides moisture control and odor protection and they can be trimmed to fit around the forefoot as needed.

The Performance MP is 6mm thick under the heel and ball of the foot before tapering to 5mm at the toes and has an arch height of 26mm.
