I love a gorgeous link balloon wall design and this one has shot to the top of my list of favorites! The inflation for this project is really simple. All the link balloons are inflated to 9", all the 5" balloons are inflated to 4.5" and all the 11" balloons are inflated to 7". The key to this design is paying close attention to the color placement. -Morgan
