Shape-shifting from love poems to prose poems, musical spells to logic equations monostiches to math symbols, these letters meditate on self and world--specifically, what personhood, identity and community membership might entail in a perilous age. With these epistles' "epi-pen," the speaker takes her zygote-niece on a virtual tour of the checkered landscape that is 21 st - century America, where Alphabet now is a firm on the Nasdaq, prisons harvest children for profit, and the architectures of authentic personhood are almost always under siege. In the spirit of serious play, Dear Z's narrative arc bends toward hope as some of the poems test out rap and Old English, while others yearn toward blues, rock, and animal-sound. The book casts a wide net of wonderings about self and other, mind and marketplace, language and consciousness: "Is language anguish gauge or laughing gas? / Correct answer: yes," suggests the speaker. Some of the poems take solace in the South Sea Islander from Moby-Dick the character Queequeg, who, traveling through time, implies through his tattooed runes that he wants us all to serve as real-time person assisters. Perfect Laptop for A College Student!!

I received this laptop today and so far, so good! The color (light green) is my favorite color and it looks really nice. I do have to say that switching from s-mode (in this mode you can't download any google services, which I needed. PSA- Once you switch you CANNOT switch back, so be sure you want to!) was frustrating but that's more of a microsoft issue I believe, rather than the seller. I'm giving this 4 stars because i've only used it for a few hours tonight, and while it's been great, only time will tell. But it's 16GB RAM (quick), and has good storage on the pc itself, 128GB. In addition the package comes with a 32GB SD card, AND 256GB external hardrive or whatever. (idk much about tech.) All I know is that this is a great deal!! The battery life also seems to be pretty good. Lasts a while, and charges relatively quick!

BE AWARE AND NEVER BUY THIS LAPTOP!

I purchased this laptop in January, and by March, it was already showing major issues. The performance declined rapidly — it became unbearably slow, frequently crashed, and often struggled to open even basic programs or web pages. Using it has been incredibly frustrating.
Unfortunately, I didn’t dig deep enough into reviews before buying and was misled by overly positive ones. After running into these problems, I did more research and discovered that this model is widely known for poor performance and reliability.
I called HP and they told me that Amazon or 3rd party sellers modify the laptop from the original 4 GB RAM to 16 GB. This laptop is not compatible with 16 GB, and that's why this is a piece of garbage.
HP also informed me that there are many customers who are experiencing the same problem, but because the laptop was modified by a third party, they can’t honor the warranty or provide technical support for the device in its current configuration.
I strongly recommend avoiding this laptop. Take the time to research alternatives (and maybe invest a bit more) to get something reliable. This one simply isn’t worth the frustration.
