"Epigenetic Poetry is an anthology documenting the sound works by the Italian sound poet Giovanni Fontana (b. 1946). These pieces, dating from 1968 to 2014, are scarcely available; culled from cassette magazines and art-book compendiums, along with two unreleased recordings. Fontana has been a pioneer of Italian visual poetry, sound poetry, and experimental theater since the mid-1960s. Together with peer Adriano Spatola, Giovanni worked on the publication Tam Tam (founded in 1972). He also rode in the same wagon as Arrigo Lora-Totino, splicing, pasting, and folding the compass of Italy's intermedia. In one light, Fontana's voice erects a brutal and guttural effigy of man, primitive and hermetic. Yet, stepping to the side, one can see the thin strands of support bolstering such combustibles. As chested-strings of a piano, Fontana strikes firmly across the resonating spread of discovery and acceptance. In addition to voice; jaw-harp, guitar, whistle, piano, and harpsichord are featured in these recordings, though the musical elements are secondary to the voice. Mouth, throat and even nose ('Poema a naso' features a microphone inserted in the nostril) take the stage-light. The interconnection between Giovanni's visual and audio artwork is significant. Words twist and dissolve; blotted with ink, soaring across an empty score. This album acts as a frame for these 14 pieces, which can be seen as they are heard, spilling from speakers as letters meeting paper." - Sean McCann. June 2016. Edition of 315. Nice functional printer at a low price-point
Style: WF-3820
At this price-point, the WF-3820 is a winner for a home printer with not much printing volume. It prints well. It was easy to set up the printer and wireless printing from a couple of computers. It uses ink cartridges. While Epson goes to great lengths to advertise/tout its cartridge-free printer models, if you don't print a lot this unit will do fine for you. Did I mention that it's relatively cheap? Has a fax function, but I don't have a landline anymore. It is a bit tall, and you have to open the scanner to access the ink cartridges; so beware if you're putting it in a cabinet or shelf without some decent head room.

Good Printer
Style: WF-3820
Given the 'not so good' reviews, I was a little apprehensive to buy this printer at first. This replaces a WF3620, in which I was very happy with its performance. But the print head began to print only Yellow and Black, and several attempts to 'unclog' the Cyan and Magenta nossles proved unsuccessful.
But, I am very happy with the WF3820 - both with the price and the performance. It is faster and the graphics are clear and sharp. The 'jury' is still out on how much toner it uses, but suspect it is around the same as with the WF3620. If so, then I will retain my 5 Star rating.

Good printer ... Until Epson bricked it with Firmware
Style: WF-3820
Bought this as a replacement for a small office HP that died on us. It is a good machine. Nice features at a reasonable cost. Good color, full duplex, excellent scanning, and reasonable speed. The drivers are fairly crappy in that they constantly want to update and are poorly written and appear to send too much data home. (max out two cores on a modern i7 for a tiny printer driver update.) Overall a good machine and excellent for the price. Epson ink is ridiculously priced so went with high quality refurbished ink cartridges. Worked great at a good price.
Fast forward to July 2022. Epson pushes firmware update for "performance, stability, and security updates" that seems harmless. Who doesn't install newer firmware when it is offered? After the firmware update the printer claimed that the ink cartridges were faulty and refused to function. Turns out that the printer is now a brick until I buy genuine Epson ink refills at an exorbitant price. Turns out the company has had a number of class actions against them in the past for this very shady practice. Time to write up some copy for social media and contact a lawyer. It should be illegal to remove capabilities from a product that has been bought and paid for and working for months. Certainly I will never buy another Epson product and neither will anyone at my company.

Good quality , almost perfect.

I would give it a 5 star if it stayed connected. It can be temperamental at times connecting to the wifi. Once it's connected it works great. The app for the phone works flawlessly and it sends it relatively quick but if you have multiple pages to scan sometimes the printer freezes up. Causing a heartache and delay or needing to reset the printer. Overall it's a nice printer and compact in size .
