The QuicKey Pro Bovine Estradiol ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Bovine E2. Samples (or Standards) and Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) linked antibody specific for Bovine E2 are added to the micro ELISA plate wells. Bovine E2 in samples (or standards) competes with a fixed amount of E2 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the HRP linked detection antibody specific to E2. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate. The substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 ±2 nm. The concentration of Bovine E2 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Great for side sleepers
It always seems hard to find the perfect pillow when you’re a side-sleeper. This one is great. It comes compressed so you will want to allow some time for it to fully fluff back up. The cover is soft and smooth. I love that it isn’t overstuffed. It provides gentle support and a lot of comfort. I was worried it may be too warm since it is polyester, but it is very breathable and I have not had any issues with feeling overly warm on it. It fits a standard size pillow case. It’s not overly stuffed like some other pillows I’ve tried that were specifically for side-sleepers. I think this world be a great pillow for any sleeping position, really. I wasn’t expecting to love a pillow this affordable, but it gets the job done and I get a good night of sleep. I’ll be purchasing some more for our guest room.

Incredibly Comfortable and Supportive — My New Favorite Pillow！
I wasn’t expecting to love this pillow as much as I do, but the DIORIS large sleeping pillow really exceeded my expectations. From the first night, I noticed a difference in the way my neck and shoulders felt in the morning—less tension, better alignment, and overall more restful sleep. The fill is just the right balance between plush and supportive. It doesn’t flatten out during the night, which is a problem I’ve had with other pillows, especially those that come overstuffed or too soft. This one holds its shape well but still has that cozy, cloud-like feel when you lay your head on it. I’m a side and back sleeper, and this pillow works beautifully in both positions. Hotel like pillow

Very soft, not firm at all
This pillow is very floppy and not firm at all. It is quite large and I was surprised at the size. My dog has taken a liking to it and decided it's now her new dig bed, which is fine by me, because it's really too soft for my liking. If you like soft pillows then this is for you. If you require something with a bit more support then you won't enjoy this pillow.
