Menopause comes with extreme hormonal and mood changes, hot flushes, and night sweats. Our special blend for those beginning to experience menopause can help alleviate all of these symptoms, and help welcome this new phase of the body’s life with more enthusiasm.
- Centaurea cyanus, Convolvulus pluricaulis, Withania somnifera, Bacopa monnieri, Commiphora wightii, Terminalia arjuna, Mentha spicata L, Chrysopogon zizanioides, Asparagus racemosus, Maidenhair tree, Hypericum perforatum, Trifolium pretense, Rubus idaeus and Green Tea.
- Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of Healthy Menopause Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.
