- High-capacity 2" compression draw-off valve with 304 SS tube and welds for fast, clog-free draining.
- 304 SS seam-welded control console and four adjustable bullet feet for rock-solid floor mounting.
Integrated Twin-Shaft Mixer
- Anchor-style main agitator follows kettle contour; removable nylon blades continuously scrape the sidewall and bottom.
- Counter-rotating 304 SS secondary beater breaks up lumps for even product consistency.
- Two-speed gear motor lets you match agitation to delicate sauces or heavy chowders.
- Actuator-assisted lift raises the bridge, scraper and beater clear for loading, cleaning or manual operation.
- Bayonet-mount shafts come off in seconds—no tools—simplifying sanitation.
- Built-in safety interlock prevents high-speed starts while tools are lifted.
