The use of this kit allows you to change from the factory Honda mag sensors in the distributor to a more precise digital signal from this sensor. Many aftermarket ECUs read the Hall signal much better than they do the OEM signal from the distributor. Most experience a smoother idle & much smoother power at higher RPM.
This also allows complete removal of the factory distributor when a multi channel CDI box & individual coils are used with it. If you want to keep a single channel ignition box & the distributor, then this setup can still be used. These signals are on the input side of the ecu, while the ignition system is on the output. Any combination of ignition box/coils will work.
The basic kit consists of:
- 1 Golden Eagle exhaust cam gear with rare earth magnets installed
- 1 Dual Pole Hall sensor & mating connector
- 1 Billet sensor bracket
- Installation instructions

Dog approved.

I’m a 70 lbs Goldendoodle (supposed to be 65, don’t ask) and I love cheese. Real cheese. Sharp cheddar with sourdough bread is my dream, but apparently I’m “on a health journey,” so my people bought me this instead.
Does this bone actually taste like cheese? No. I am not fooled.
Do I still enjoy chewing it loudly while my humans are trying to watch TV? Absolutely yes.
This bone satisfies my need to chew and my emotional desire for cheese-adjacent activities. It keeps me busy, saves the furniture, and lets me crunch dramatically during important dialogue scenes. The yellow color is nice — very cheese-coded — although some cheeses are white, so just something to consider for future versions.
Also, good news: it doesn’t smell like cheese at all, which my humans seem very grateful for. Apparently they don’t want the carpet to smell like a deli. Weird.
