午餐吃剩飯、濫用紙張、浪費電力……羅校長發現藍天小學的同學們環保意識很薄弱啊！他決定在學校推行綠色運動，鼓勵大家身體力行愛護環境。文樂心、高立民等一班同學都非常積極參與，認真實踐節能和種植蔬菜，但想不到他們卻成為了浪費大王！究竟這是什麼原因？他們在校園種植又會遇到什麼驚險的事呢？

自小熱愛創作，中學畢業後投身社會，日間過著營營役役的白領生涯，晚間則於香港公開大學進修中文學士課程。完成學士課程後，開始致力小說創作。
作品包括《那年我十四歲》、《讓我再次站起來》、《像我這樣的幸福女孩》、《原來我可以》及《網上情緣》等。作品《讓我再次站起來》，榮獲香港教育城舉辦的第十屆「十本好讀」獎項。

Love these.

I have them in black and white. I use them everyday in all shoes. These are very versatile and a great quality material. They take a looong time to wear and they stay in place. Very washable and good material. They are not too thick and they do not shrink. I do air dry mine. They do not hold smells even in the summer heat.
