1. The Fan is Powerful (and Loud): To drop temps by 25°C, this fan moves a lot of air, making it noticeably louder than the stock setup. Maker Fix: Many users install a small step-down buck converter (like an LM2596 or Mini 360) inside the housing to drop the fan voltage from 24V to 12V, making it virtually silent while still providing plenty of cooling.
2. Modder's Dream (Free STLs): BIQU provides the STL files for the housing! Want to show off the RGB lights better? Print a custom housing in transparent PETG. Need room for that buck converter? Remix the file and make it your own.
