Il palato corrisponde all’olfattiva ed è caratterizzato dal ricordo di albicocca. Fragrante il sorso e ottima la lunghezza.Appena arrivano in cantina, i grappoli di pinot bianco sono selezionati sui banchi di cernita, per poi essere diraspati e pressati. La vinificazione avviene a temperatura controllata e il successivo invecchiamento è svolto in acciaio per quattro mesi. Semplici le regole ma eccellente il risultato, che prende il nome di Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Bianco DOC, etichettato Bastianich. È un Pinot Bianco tanto facile nell’approccio tanto versatile negli accostamenti gastronomici. È uno di quei bianchi da tenere sempre di scorta in cantina.
Ottimo con i crostacei, è perfetto insieme con i gamberoni al vapore.

Does not change the pillows effectiveness at all.

As of right now, I have not noticed anything with these covers that would significantly alter the way the pillows feel. I'm greatful that they are not noisy as most other covers are. I also appreciate that they have very much the same feel as the covers that come on the pillows. One thing I can say so far with confidence is that even though this is an additional layer to my pillows, the original feeling, specially with the Eden cool+, has been the same in terms of coolness and breathability.
