Really Nice Hydrating Toner Pads

They feel cooling and comfortable on the skin. What I notice most after using them is how hydrated and slightly plumped my skin looks. My skin feels smoother and softer, and it layers very well with the rest of my routine. They also feel very lightweight. On some mornings, they even give enough hydration that I don’t feel rushed to apply moisturizer immediately. Fragrance is also worth mentioning. They’re quick, convenient, and a nice step when I want hydration without adding another liquid toner.
