Giró ros is one of the indigenous white varieties of Mallorca recovered at the beginning of the 21st century, which shows great promise and ability to improve in bottle. A beautiful medium golden color with super-expressive nose of sweet honey, white flowers, apricot, earth, smokey earth, oak, and vanilla. The palate has a refreshing minerality paired with bee pollen and dried stone fruit.
