之前一直無出過茶味的大蛋糕，因為我們找了很久，都未試到一款茶有心動的感覺。我們想用味道曼妙、質量穩定，以及產地安全的茶。最近終於找到來自台灣茶品牌「舞間茶心」出品的柚香金萱茶！他們使用春天在柚子樹上採集的柚花、金萱茶葉混以1:1比例同時烘焙，製出罕見的柚香金萱茶粉。淡雅的口味跟我們追求呈現食材天然風味的風格不謀而合。我們很想自然流暢地呈現獨特茶香，思考良久，最後決定製作無花果柚香金萱戚風。盛放的花香味配搭秋天當造的無花果，柔和混合的味道讓人舒服放鬆，享受輕風細雨的秋意。我們每次食完都有種平靜減壓的感覺，希望你都一樣！
層次上堅持三層厚度均一的蛋糕體，以及兩層鮮奶油夾心，是我們試了數年的黃金比例。

A favorite

This is our go-to sunscreen. It has an 2020 EWG (ewg.org) safety rating of 3 (where a 1 is safest but often difficult to find and often too expensive and a 10 is the worst safety rating). We love that is not too thin or thick, so it goes on easily, and it works into your skin without leaving you white or greasy, has a neutral pleasant smell, stays on well in the water (up to 80 minutes), and is accessible (has a decent price around $1 per ounce and is easy to find in many local grocery and drug stores). It is the one my kids grab out of the pile every time! And the only reason there is a pile is that I am trying to find a sunscreen rated 1 or 2 by EWG that has all of the properties of Coppertone SPORT 30. The search continues....
