They come in a variety and shapes and sizes and you're sure to find one that will fit your needs!This 3-tier plant stand collapses down for easy storage. The three tiers each hold a 9" diameter or smaller potted plant, and an elevated top ring keeps the pots in place. The levels are staggered at 8", 13", and 18" high, and all hinge together in the center. They can be repositioned in a variety of configurations. Powder coated for use indoors or out.

Clinician and client reference in Somatic Therapy

This book is written as an office reference.
Part of this book is dedicated at the clinical level towards the professional. The book has somatic techniques for the professional with explanations. It helps the professional understand the work and identify things while working with the client.
Then part of this book is written with patient hand out materials and exercises. Those sections are similar to what one would see for a client workbook.

Looks like it will be helpful
Format: Audiobook
I'm not very far into this one yet, but so far, I love it. I bought the kindle and audible versions. It is nice to be able to listen to the exercises to go through them, and to be able to look up the specifics of any exercise. With whisper sync, I can point to an exercise in the kindle, and have audible read it to me. Great.
the exercises I have tried so far seem like they are going to be helpful.
