Making a decoction: Take 1 teaspoon of dehydrated neem leaves powder into 2 big cups of water. Let it boil on a low flame for 15 minutes or until it reduces by half and you get one cup remaining. Leave it to cool down with the powder and when the temperature feels right to drink, strain the powder. Take between 50-100ml per day (not more than 3 months consecutively)
