My main gripe is that some of the AC outlet slots are noticeably stiff and tight, making it genuinely difficult to plug certain things in — I had to use a bit more force than I was comfortable with on a couple of them. It loosens up slightly with use but out of the box it was more of a struggle than it should be. Not a dealbreaker but something worth knowing especially if you're plugging in bulkier adapters. Overall a good functional surge protector for a home office or dorm room setup at a very reasonable price
