ByroViron® at 1,500mg with PrimaVie® for daily male support

Black Magic Supply Super Natty is a capsule formula for hormone support with one main goal: boost your body's own male energy through different paths, not just one 'test booster' herb. It starts with a clear core of vitamin D3, 1,500mg ByroViron® Bryonia laciniosa, and 250mg PrimaVie® shilajit. Then it adds a prop blend with Eucheuma cottonii extract, fadogia agrestis, atractylodes extract, royal jelly standardized to 10-HDA, 95% forskolin from Coleus forskohlii, and boron citrate. Basically, it targets hormone levels, cell energy, reproductive signals, and body comp all at once.

The star here is ByroViron® at 1,500mg. Bryonia laciniosa comes from Ayurvedic traditions as an aphrodisiac and fertility herb. Early lab studies show it might amp up the HPG axis—that's the hormone pathway from brain to testes—boosting luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone for more natural test production and sperm health. No big human trials yet, so it's more traditional evidence, but props to Black Magic for using a real dose, not hiding it in a blend.

PrimaVie® shilajit at 250mg is the best-backed after vitamin D3. It's a cleaned-up shilajit with fulvic acid and dibenzo-alpha-pyrones for consistency. It helps mitochondria with energy transfer, fights oxidation, and could improve test and sperm in some guys. Studies use 200-500mg, so 250mg fits right in. This ain't a weak addition.

Vitamin D3 at 50mcg (2,000 IU) is bigger than you think. Vitamin D acts like a hormone nutrient involve

BMS Super Natty by Black Magic Supply contains 50mcg Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 1,500mg ByroViron® Bryonia laciniosa — this is the main player, and they tell you the full dose. That's huge because it's here for real HPG axis support—that's the brain-to-testes hormone chain—not just a label filler in a blend.
  • 250mg PrimaVie® shilajit — a branded, purified version that hits the 200-500mg range from the early studies. This sets it apart from cheap mineral junk with no real backing.
  • 50mcg vitamin D3 — that's a solid 2,000 IU daily, not the tiny amounts in weak test formulas. It helps with hormone function, muscle health, and guy stuff overall.
  • Hits hormones from multiple sides — skips the one-herb hype and mixes vitamin D3, shilajit, Bryonia laciniosa, forskolin, boron, royal jelly, and fadogia. It's about supporting signals, energy, and sex function together.
  • Royal jelly standardized to 10-HDA — better than plain jelly because 10-HDA is the active compound. This shows they picked it for real effects, not just looks.
  • Coleus forskohlii standardized to 95% forskolin — forskolin boosts cyclic AMP, a signal for making steroids and body comp. High purity beats low-grade coleus any day.
  • Boron citrate thrown in — boron is underrated for free test levels, vitamin D use, and inflammation control. It's a smart sidekick, not the star.
  • No stims on purpose — zero caffeine means you can take it daily without messing up your pre or sleep. Easy to stack with workout gear.

BMS Super Natty by Black Magic Supply contains 50mcg Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys on hypertrophy or strength plans wanting hormone help without stims. 1,500mg ByroViron® plus 250mg PrimaVie® fits long-term training better than quick-feel stuff.
  • Lifters post-cut feeling flat and less tough. Vitamin D3, shilajit, boron, and forskolin hit hormones, energy, and comp without covering fatigue.
  • Over-30 dudes tracking libido, drive, recovery with looks. Built for age or stress hits, in easy capsules without stim overlap.
  • Guys on creatine, protein, pre who want separate hormone daily. Targets HPG axis, endocrine, and vitality differently from basics.
  • Folks liking capsule ease over powders. 4 a day, no mixing, no flavors, no caffeine messing sleep or late sessions.
  • Users into branded ingredients over generics. ByroViron® and PrimaVie® anchor it better than random test mixes.

How to Use

Take 4 capsules daily for the full hit. It's hormone support, not stims, so time it loose but with a meal for uptake and no gut hassle. Fat in the meal helps vitamin D3. If herbs bug you, start with 2 caps for a few days, then go full— but 4 is the plan. Use every day, even off days, for building hormone and energy support, not workout pops. Stack with creatine, protein, fish oil, magnesium, and pre without caffeine worries. Skip piling on other test stuff unless you get why, since overlaps with boron, forskolin, fadogia make it tricky. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight. Consistency beats perfect timing here.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days? Nothing big. No buzz, no tingles, no instant lift—just easy capsules. Week one is about sticking to it: 4 caps daily, no caffeine issues, no taste boredom. Weeks 2-3, check for real changes like better gym motivation, libido, morning energy, and drive—not huge body shifts. By weeks 3-4, the steady vitamin D3, PrimaVie® shilajit, and hormone mix should shine. If it clicks, you'll feel a solid baseline. If not by then, rethink if this fits you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main active ingredients in Super Natty?

The disclosed core is 50mcg vitamin D3, 1,500mg ByroViron® Bryonia laciniosa, and 250mg PrimaVie® shilajit per 4-capsule serving. It also includes a second proprietary matrix with Eucheuma cottonii extract, fadogia agrestis, atractylodes extract, royal jelly standardized to 10-HDA, 95% forskolin from Coleus forskohlii, and boron citrate.

Is Super Natty a stimulant product?

No. Super Natty is stim-free, with no disclosed caffeine or other classic stimulant actives. It is designed for daily hormonal and vitality support rather than immediate workout energy.

How much PrimaVie® shilajit is in Super Natty?

You get 250mg PrimaVie® shilajit per full 4-capsule serving. That lands inside the commonly referenced 200-500mg range used in the limited human research on shilajit and male vitality.

How much ByroViron® is in Super Natty?

Super Natty provides 1,500mg ByroViron® Bryonia laciniosa per serving. That is a substantial disclosed amount and one of the formula’s strongest selling points in a category where many brands hide their lead ingredient doses.

How long does Super Natty take to work?

This is not the kind of formula you judge after one serving. Most users should evaluate it over 2-4 weeks of daily use, paying attention to libido, training drive, overall well-being, and recovery quality rather than expecting an acute stimulant-like effect.

Is the label fully transparent?

Not completely. Vitamin D3, ByroViron®, and PrimaVie® are disclosed with exact amounts, but Matrix PT. 2 is proprietary, so the individual doses of fadogia, forskolin, boron, royal jelly, and the other support ingredients are not listed.

Can I take Super Natty with my pre-workout?

Yes, in most cases. Because Super Natty is stim-free, it pairs easily with a pre-workout without increasing caffeine load, though stacking it with other hormone support formulas is less ideal because overlapping ingredients become harder to assess.

Should I take Super Natty with food?

Yes, that is the best default. Taking it with a meal improves practicality, may reduce stomach discomfort from herbal extracts, and makes sense for vitamin D3 absorption since it is fat-soluble.

Is Super Natty beginner-friendly?

It is physically easy to take, but conceptually it is better for users who understand hormone support formulas. Beginners expecting an immediate energy or pump effect may not appreciate what the product is actually designed to do.

Does Super Natty contain any allergens or animal-derived ingredients?

The capsule uses gelatin, so it is not vegetarian. It also contains royal jelly, which is a bee-derived ingredient and may be an issue for anyone with bee product allergies.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.
