AA ECU flash for 2024 Polaris Xpedition Models **Requires ECU to be sent in for programming** Works with all models 2 or 5 seat. Looking for the best/most badass ECU tuning available for your Xpedition? AA's performance tunes are now available to gain horsepower and torque. Through our advanced ECU tuning we are able to modify parameters correctly to gain you the power needed. We are highly experienced in tuning UTV's and this will show. The Xpedition uses a new Bosch MG1 ECU. Currently no programmers like the PV3 are available and no ETA, so sending your ECU in for a bench flash is the only way to get a great tune. Big horsepower gains depending on the level of tune/modifications (see below tune level descriptions for more details) Much quicker throttle response and power delivery giving a whole new feel to the vehicle Throttle by wire limiters disabled Fan on/off at 186/185 (Stock is 201/200) degrees Fahrenheit which is just above the thermostat opening temp. Speed limiter removed in low and high gears (Speed limit in high is 68mph in high and 27 low for crew models) More throttle % in low gear and reverse (stock limits your throttle for torque limitation) Rev limit at a safe 9200 RPM (stock is 8500). Ideal peak RPM @ 55mph in a wide open throttle run is 8200-8500 with the flash, but 9200 is for ramp up overshoot/top speed. Clutching is highly suggested to achieve best peak RPM and best power output as the OEM clutching will fall short of peak RPM for this motor/tune. AA's wicked timing curve is safe for the fuel used, but we do a much better job of finding timing limits for ramp up/more torque. Many others simply focus on wide open throttle timing/fueling. AA's modified fuel curve will still get good mileage cruising, but is corrected over the factory lean AFR when needed most on higher throttle inputs. Level 1 : This tune can be run on a bone stock Xpedition on 91-93 octane fuel. This tune adds +3-4 RWHP (5-6 crank HP) putting you at roughly 120 crank horsepower with just a flash! Add clutching and you are a huge 8-9rwhp above OEM! We would highly suggest our S3 clutch kit with this tune as it loads the Xpedition better down low for torque, allows peak RPM to ramp up faster in the mid/high end, and has slightly higher peak RPM for better peak power. This tune can be run with an aftermarket exhaust without any issue, but our Level 2 tune is the best option for aftermarket exhaust as it's slightly richer for more power and less heat. Level 2**COMING SOON** : This tune is developed for an Xpedition with aftermarket exhaust on 91-93 octane. This tune adds +6-7 RWHP peak and a massive +8-9 RWHP at 30 MPH (This is gaining roughly +10-11 crank horsepower) putting you at roughly 125 crank horsepower with just a flash and exhaust! We would highly suggest our clutch kit with this tune to help with belt grip and to help drive the extra power to the wheels. Due to how these motors/tuning works, this tune should work with about any aftermarket exhaust, but was tested and designed with our AA slip-on exhaust. Looking for race fuel or other octane tunes? Let us know and we can help you. If you're unsure if your Xpedition is an EVAP model or not, check your Emissions Control sticker located on the front driver's side frame rail above the shock. See pictures for location. We will follow up with instructions on how to locate, remove, and send your ECU. *** ECU MUST BE SENT IN FOR PROGRAMMING: Aftermarket Assassins, 2348 75th Ave, Osceola, WI 54020 *** Customer is responsible for shipping to AA, a shipping label is not included in the price (Unless express flash is selected) Programming turnaround may vary, but is normally 1-2 days. Express ECU service for US main 48 states only. We'll send you a next day UPS label, and ship your ECU ONLY back via next day. All other pats will be shipped ground unless otherwise specified/selected during order checkout. Keep in mind we cannot guarantee same day programming or control UPS shipping times/delays. We will do everything possible to turn the ECU around as fast as possible. When the ECU arrives we'll read your stock file and keep a file folder for your stock/tune files. We'll then flash with the correct AA tune. If you ever need to go back to the OEM tune we charge $95 which includes shipping back to you (shipping back for lower 48 US only). Please contact us if you need to go back to your OEM tune. MAKE SURE you insure your ECU for $700. AA is not responsible for shipping delays or lost ECU's. While more expensive over Priority Mail or Fedex, UPS has been the most reliable carrier in our experience. Why AA tunes over others? We have been tuning UTV's with CVT clutches for a long time, longer than almost anyone in our field going back to the 800 RZR. Tuning a CVT vehicle properly is not an easy task as you have so many variables at one time. We spend the time to wheel dyno(with actual UTV tires) correctly per modification, and have advanced ECU calibration and clutching knowledge to do so. Every change in horsepower can result in us changing clutching several times. We also develop most of our supporting mods so we know everything works correctly, and build parts to fit the vehicles needs. Lastly and honestly the most important; we then back up our results with real world data logging on local trails and our facility on 110 acres. It's this combination that truly makes the difference and why AA normally has a faster vehicle with the same or less rated tune horsepower. We left nothing on the table on the Xpedition bolt-on parts, if others claim more power/gains for the same mods use caution in believing it! If you have any other needs in these tunes, or any concerns; please e-mail! Oh... and get ready for your Xpedition to flat out rip!Shipping Notes

Class without the price
Size: Large, Color: Burgundy
After purchasing many of the suit offerings on Amazon, Luperty's suit are the best for the price. The adjustable pants makes for a smooth fitting experience, and allow you to breathe when you've clearly eaten to much. The pant length is ideal for a classic suit appearance. If you want a more modern fit you'll have to get them hemmed higher. The vest is form fitting, which is to say not as forgiving as the pants, but will definitely cut a sharper figure. The jacket fits well off the rack for me, albeit the sleeves could be pulled in a bit. I ordered a Large size, which all the pieces fit well for a 5'11", sub 200 lb man. I wouldn't say I'm very in shape, so your milage may very.
After buying my first suit from Luperty, I was so impressed that I purchased the rest of the colors as well. My only complaint is that I wish the sleeve lining was more interesting. They all use the same generic white striped fabric. I would have liked to see more variation for each of the different colors.
As I have bought all the colors, even the cream color which they no longer offer, I think I can give some insight on which ones work best.
1. Burgundy - This is the best looking one. It's a statement to wear this color of suit. This suit is bold but refined, like a smooth wine. I've gotten the most compliments with this color than any other. It's eye catching and sharp, and you'll feel classy in it. I've actually bought two of these.
2. Dark Grey - This suit is the one you wear to an important board meeting. It's a beautiful charcoal that has a nice sheen to it. A timeless appearance that shows class but muted enough to not take center stage.
3. Cream - Another bold suit, maybe too bold seeing as how they no longer sell it. This suit defines the Miami Vice mafioso look, and it pulls it off nicely. Pairs extremely well with bright pastels. Don't forget to lose the tie and unbutton at least two of the top buttons to get the full effect.
4. Navy Blue - This one's name does it a disservice. The blue is almost at Royal Blue level. The color is definitely striking and can be elevated easily. You might be able to pull this off in a professional setting as well as blue is seen as a more business oriented color, though I believe this is just slightly over the top. However, I like over the top.
5. Light Grey - This one is very light. You wear this one to the same things as the dark grey one, but want to show a bit more character. It strikes me as more of a European color, and maybe that makes it feel more sophisticated. Wearing it with a pocket watch is optional but recommended.
6. Black - This is where we start to decline in color quality. I knows it's black, but I'd like to have seen some more texture, similar to the dark grey. Hopefully you don't have to wear it much given the negative context.
7. Dark Navy - I think I like this one better than the black one, however this one is DARK. I often have to put it right next to my black one to differentiate them, it's that dark. In various lighting you can tell people its a black suit and no one would refute you. Because of this reason I think it's worse than the black. But it makes for the perfect bog standard suit to wear into the office if you need it to.
All of these suits are under $100, and often go on sale for less. I cannot recommend them enough for first time suit buyers.
As always, remember to open up the vents in the back that are sewn shut, as well as the pockets. As lucky as I am to be able to have these fit almost perfectly, the last step in any suit journey is to have them tailored to you. It might cost as much as this suit, but a $1000 suit off the rack will have nothing on a $100 suit that's been tailored.

Great quality for the price.
Size: Large, Color: Black
All I have to say about this suit is WOW! I lost a good chunk of weight and needed a new suit for an event. Given the price I gave this a shot, and I am really impressed with the quality for the cost. The size is perfect, and the pants are comfortable with an internal elastic that looks and feels nice. The design makes it so the pants don’t slip down with nylon and silk shirts. Looks just as good (if not better) than suits in the $300 price range. I can’t speak for the other colors, but the black suit is exactly what I needed. Let’s see how long the suit lasts!

Amazing suit for the price
Size: Large, Color: Black
So I didn't really need a suit for anything. But I've been wanting one just in case. As such, I wasn't willing to spend a lot. Yet I still wanted to look good when I wore it.
This suit is amazing. I honestly would fit between a medium and a large, and with my current trend down in weight, I may buy an additional in medium(I mean, for under $100, why not?).
While my shoulders have always been a little wide for what fits my waist, the large seems to accommodate even more than I need. I worry if the medium will be too tight, but that's for another day.
The pants are a little long, to be expected considering I generally wear 30' pants. Easy to hem.
The vest seemed a little loose, until I found the adjustment in the back. Now it is perfect.
I may still need to go to a tailor for a more custom fit, but for the price it can't be beat. And I of course haven't tied a tie since I was 16, so time to relearn that.
As far as quality goes, the fabric and stitching all appear to be excellent. I went with the black, as I don't particularly look great in gray, and navy out here seems more suited for church than anything else. The quality of black is excellent.
The quality of the pants is good, but I will still be favoring my dress pants that already fit well.
I especially love the angle of the beast cut(whatever it is called). Whether I choose the vest or not, the black contrast with all of my dress shirts is fantastic.
I will include photos sometime when I'm not too self-conscious about taking selfies.
