Pulled from right from the barrel, Bernheim Barrel Proof is premium wheat whiskey in its undiluted form. Each release of Barrel Proof has its own unique batch number and proof that vary from edition to edition. The newest expression of Bernheim, Bernheim Barrel Proof, is made from barrels of Wheat Whiskey aged from seven to nine years that are mingled togehter and bottled and uncut without chill filtration.
