The movable 2.25" wide neck support and adjustable thigh slings have a supportive padded interior and durable camo canvas exterior. The plush thigh slings adjust up to 34" to accommodate most. The movable neck support and sling extends up to 50.5". Cuffs and neck sling are made with a padded PU interior and a camo canvas outer layer. The heavy duty PP straps and POM buckles allow for fully adjustable neck and thigh slings. Plastic buckles, Velcro closures. Hand wash with soap in warm water after use and hang to dry. Runs large for a slim fit

I followed the size guide and ended up with an item that was to large in all areas. It did not fit like a slim fit. The fabric is odd and does not feel great against the skin. I love the design. I really wish it would have worked.
