У першому розділі матеріал побудований на основних існуючих положеннях, елементах та рухах танців Наддніпрянщини, що надає змогу хореографу вміло використовувати 'азбуку' українського танцю, на основі якої можна створювати власні варіанти. У другому розділі автор пропонує свій варіант побудови занять біля станка, також пропонує одинадцять вправ, різних за характером виконання, розроблених на основі специфічних рис різних регіонів України. У третьому розділі подано цільні танцювальні композиції та опис танців, характерних для Наддніпрянщини. Четвертий розділ містить у собі матеріал про народний одяг цього регіону.
