Ingredients: Carrot 20g rehydrates to 60g of cooked vegetables. Shelf Life: 1 year Our 3 Cooking Methods: 1. Soak for 1 2 hours in cold water. 2. Using the haybox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes. 3. Cook on a stove for 5 7 minutes.
